What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom pieces usually take 5–10 business days to create before shipping. We’ll keep you updated!
Do you offer local pickup in Toronto or GTA?
We do! While we don’t have a physical studio (yet), we’re happy to meet you in Etobicoke for local pickup. Just select “local pickup” at checkout or message us to arrange a time.
Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Yes! Just leave a note at checkout or message us after ordering — we’ll wrap it up with love.
How do I care for my item?
We include care instructions with every order. Please follow them to help your Threadling stay with you longer!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every Threadling is custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if something’s wrong with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Can you embroider my own item?
We’d love to! If you have a garment or textile you want embroidered, message us first with a photo and details. We’ll let you know if it’s doable and how to get it to us.
